I had front canthoplasty, buried sutures, and a nose procedure with a non-open approach in the winter of 2014. Overall everything was decent and natural, but there is still some front canthoplasty scar left... For front canthoplasty scars, the hospital prescribed a silicone-type ointment and said I would have to wait and see with time, so I waited, but the scar is still there. It does get lighter over time, but the indented mark and the white scar eventually remain.. I don't know how things are these days since it's been a long time since the surgery
