The director is so, so nice haha He feels like a father and also like a relative. I was having a hard time because of silicone complications, but he fixed my nose and removed the silicone cleanly. I had my nose revision with autologous dermis, and of course it was later absorbed too. This was a hospital I chose with safety as the top priority rather than shape, so 5 years after surgery at Bomnal I had another revision at a different hospital using costal cartilage. The director at Bomnal is very conscientious and does surgery well.
