I had autologous dermal nose surgery. To be honest, the hospital staff are not really kind. The director is also a rather blunt person.. Rather than saying that you must get nose surgery, they talk to you while considering the amount of dermis you already have and other circumstances. It has been almost a year since the surgery, and I definitely think the naturalness that only dermis has is a strong advantage
