I consulted with the coordinator at the counter, and the manager guided me. I went there wearing makeup, and the manager told me I could wash my face below the eyes, so I said, "Below this?" and heard the manager mutter, "Wow, she's really ugly." And the doctor kept kindly telling me, "This will sting here," and so on, but the face-slimming effect was zero. I just wasted my money. Also, since it was a procedure, I don't know the doctor's name. They just rushed in, gave the injection, and left. Later I called asking about chin botox, and the same manager answered, grumbling the whole time. I'll never go again.
