At Wow Plastic Surgery, I have received 2 out of 3 full-face fat-dissolving injection treatments. The period about 1 week later is when the effect is most visible, and based on that point, I think it is good for refining the jawline. It does not produce the dramatic effect you see in popular reviews on the plastic surgery app. When you look at your face at an angle in the mirror, it makes the jawline a little sharper, and if you have a lot of cheek fat, it seems to make you look a little slimmer. I was not someone with a lot of cheek fat to begin with, so there was no striking effect, but I think it was fine for cleaning up the jawline.
