The doctor was extremely kind and thorough. Before the procedure, they also designed the look, and the procedure itself was done with great care. The staff member assisting inside was kind too. But the consultation manager was really terrible. During the consultation, all they did was keep saying to come back often and trying to push additional payment, and if I asked anything more, their expression would harden immediately. It was obvious they were just trying to get the payment out of me somehow. And when I came in, the things that had been discussed before the visit suddenly could not be done, so I said twice that they should have told me in advance, but even though it was their mistake, they absolutely would not apologize and kept trying to shut me up. Also, the waiting system is strange. If the result of the procedure is not good either, I probably will not go again.
