No skill and no effect either. If you ask the front desk, they do not know anything. And everyone gives no explanation and cannot handle things. In the end I went to another hospital. If I tried to ask something, I could feel that they found it annoying, and it felt like this hospital gets a lot of complaints. Even if I did not say anything, they seem to be on guard before even dealing with the patient. Exhausting.
