I had the no-scar nose package done here, and recently had revision surgery. My midface did not get shorter, and just like the post from the previous surgical patient, there was a lot of scar tissue inside my nose. While going around for revision consultations, I found out it was not scar tissue, but rather that the nasal cartilage had bent or collapsed. After the surgery, breathing was uncomfortable, and they kept recommending lip fat grafting so much that I went ahead with it, but my lips ended up over 3 cm and I could not even take off my mask while going around, and everyone said my face had been ruined.
