The consultation was thorough, and it definitely felt more like a safety-first, line-first approach than trying to remove a huge amount. I was surprised that after the surgery, when I was taking the elevator, they came out to greet me and say goodbye. Everyone was kind and there wasn't a single thing that felt uncomfortable. The only sad part is that less facial fat came off than I expected.. Still, it seems better than ending up uneven.
