The manager alone spent a full hour in consultation with me, which made them feel very professional and genuinely sincere(?). They organized the things I was curious about first and explained them to me. The doctor also checked by area with ultrasound to see how many mm of fat there was, which built trust. And being a board-certified general surgeon was the biggest advantage.
