All the staff were kind. I liked that the consultation went in the order of the doctor first, then the manager. I had seen reviews saying the director was blunt, so I was prepared for that a bit. But it seemed more like being a T rather than an F, so that may be why it felt that way. They were professional and answered questions well, so it was fine. The consultation time was a bit short and the line was just drawn with a toothpick, so that was disappointing, but they said it would be possible to get the line I wanted without over-treatment and without incisions.
