I had a consultation a very long time ago. It was so long ago that I don't remember clearly, but the clinic was a bit small and the director was fairly proactive in explaining the shape he would make and what surgical method he would use, so the consultation was not bad. I don't have any bad memories of the staff, so I think they were fairly good.
