It had been famous for a long time, but I do not know why. I only had double eyelid surgery there about 15 years ago. They used partial incision, but all I ended up with was a strong hidden double eyelid line, and later I had revision surgery at another clinic. A friend had the exact same surgery on the same day with partial incision too, ended up with hidden double eyelid lines, and in the end that friend also had revision surgery somewhere else.
