I was in a situation where I needed to pick up scar ointment from the hospital, and when she shamelessly told me there was none left and asked me to come back to the hospital, I said I did not want to, so she said she would send it cash on delivery by courier...★ That staff member who tried to make me pay the shipping fee on top of their own mistake in inventory management is someone I will never forget, lol
