I liked the straightforward consultation. However, this was my third revision rhinoplasty, and because I had silicone inflammation I asked about other materials, but they said silicone was the safest, so... I did not have the surgery. The staff were kind; some people were kind and some were just so-so. The consultation with the manager felt human, which I liked.
