Three years ago, I had epicanthoplasty plus fat removal. It turned out very naturally and with no scar at all. At the time, for me, who wanted my eyes to look bigger without double eyelid surgery, it was exactly the right surgery. I was most satisfied with it. Now there is not even a trace of the epicanthoplasty scar, and the fat-removal scar is hidden in my eye wrinkles.
