I got a facial fat grafting event procedure at You Can Be Plastic Surgery 6 months ago. My forehead had been severely sunken, which was a huge complex for me, so at first I only thought about the forehead and temples, but after the consultation I decided on full-face fat grafting. Before surgery, because they had to harvest fat from my thighs, I had to wear a lower-body, underwear-style surgical garment, which was a little cold and embarrassing, but aside from that there was no major discomfort during the procedure. During the first 1 to 2 weeks after surgery, my forehead looked a little bumpy because of swelling, but after 2 weeks it got better. Now a lot of the fat has gone away, but it still remains naturally, and I definitely think it looks better than before I had it done.
