I had double-eyelid surgery and inner canthoplasty together, but it was quite a while ago. In the end, whoever looks at my eyes sees only severe scarring, and it loosened within less than a year. Even after I had it redone, it loosened again. I was so upset. When I visited again, a different doctor saw me. I was upset about the loosening, but the inner canthus scar was also terrible, and the inner canthoplasty was not properly done either, so the Mongolian fold is still there. The incision scar is also bumpy. Every time I went for consultation at another hospital, they asked why my eyes looked like this, and I even heard from a plastic surgery clinic that it looked as if I had not had surgery at all. The most upsetting thing is that my eyes became difficult to revise. I do not know how it turned out for other people who had surgery, but that is how it went for me.
