The absolute worst among the worst, the worst after all the clinic visits I did!!!!!! The reason is that I had a 10:00 appointment, waited from 9:30, and then waited more than two hours lol. On top of that, when I finally consulted with the surgeon, they kept speaking informally and kept looking away at my legs and body while talking, which was arrogant.
