I had cheekbone reduction in 2012. At first, because the baby fat had not yet come off completely and there was only residual swelling, the shape looked round and pretty. But after more than 5 years passed and the baby fat fully went away, the cheekbones started showing again a bit. There was no sagging in the cheeks, And they treated me fairly kindly.
