Including consultation, the total wait time here was 3 hours, and the consultation with Director O ended within 10 minutes. All my life people have only told me I have a small face, but this person was the first to tell me I have a big head. I had gone in to consult because my cheekbones stick out and I wanted to reduce that area, but it just ruined my mood. It is insanely expensive. They kept mixing formal and informal speech, which was scary, and it was uncomfortable to ask questions casually.
