I had arm liposuction, but... there was not a big effect My frame is still sturdy, so my arms look almost the same in a V shape. I still have accessory breast tissue too. The overall width has been reduced.. They removed less than the amount they first said they would, though that can change during surgery. The director was kind, but I am still disappointed.
