I think liposuction is most effective when there are areas that still do not go away even after exercising. Genetically, the fat on my upper arms in my family was really thick, and until before surgery I could not wear tight-fitting clothes. My upper arms stuck out so much that it stressed me out terribly, so I searched around and went to a famous place. The director was so confident and said they could remove a lot, so I scheduled the surgery right away. It has been about 2 years since the surgery, and the arms are thinner than before haha I have gained weight again because I have not been managing myself, but the effect was very satisfying for the price, so I would be willing to have arm liposuction revised.
