They explained each area in an easy, fun, and kind way and said it would shrink to some extent. The price was the same as the event price, and the manager was kind too. I only came for a consultation, so I am not sure about the clinic facilities, but it was clean. I had booked in advance, and could get the consultation right away with almost no waiting time
