I had cheekbone and chin surgery here 12 years ago. There were no side effects, and now that I am older, there is a very slight sagging in the cheeks, but that is at a level that can be overcome with a procedure. The problem is that they made a scalp incision here, so the scar is very visible. I have particularly keloid-prone skin, so if you look at the incision area from above, it is obvious that I had surgery T_T
