I had made an appointment for a consultation while I was out of town in the past, and it happened to be some kind of special day, so the director finished the schedule and the traffic was very bad, so I could not even get the consultation and just went back. I do not remember being very upset because later the director here personally sent me an apology text message, which surprised me a little! But once I lost that consultation chance, I did not really have the courage to go back for another one
