They explain things very kindly and clearly. I asked many questions over a long time, and I was grateful that they answered sincerely. They took a CT scan, and there was no extra charge for it. They also took several other photos. Because I have a deviated septum, for the revision surgery they recommended general anesthesia along with surgery for the rhinitis.
