I had nose surgery from the chief surgeon. There was scar tissue at the tip of my nose and the silicone was bent, so the complications were severe and I wanted revision surgery. Before the operation, they were kind and attentive in consultation, but after the operation it became a do-not-care attitude. If you are considering surgery, I recommend looking into it a little more.
