I had nose surgery because of rhinitis and also had cosmetic surgery at the same time. The hospital atmosphere was not burdensome, and the staff were kind. One big reason I chose to have my nose surgery here was that most plastic surgery clinics do not really have a nose CT, but here they took a large CT, which allowed for a very detailed surgery, so I decided to go ahead. The surgery result was a natural increase in height, but I do wish it had been just a little higher... and on top of that, the most important rhinitis treatment was not completely resolved I am currently considering revision surgery as well. My friend only had nose cosmetic surgery with me and ended up with a very high bridge haha If you want a high nose when you go in for surgery, tell them that even if it shows, you are okay with it and ask them to make it very high.
