I had the chin tip done there, and three of my friends got the same surgery there at the same time. Stair-step deformity and sensory abnormalities are really bad. There was zero aftercare or response to it, and when I asked for CCTV photos, they gave me a photo where my face was covered in green cloth and you couldn't even tell who it was.
