Consultation for square jaw surgery with a long curved line: pressured to make a same-day reservation and leave a deposit during the consultation. We hadn't even planned the surgery date after the first consultation, but they told us to put down the deposit first and that if we canceled, they would refund it, so we should just go ahead and leave it. In the end I had the surgery, but I went once more for a consultation before the procedure. At the second consultation, they said to think about whether to leave the area under the ear or not and see at the time of surgery, so I went in still thinking about it. But when it was time to design, I was about to say how much I wanted left, and instead they just took a photo with no design, the doctor glanced at my face once, and then the surgery started.. They looked extremely busy that day. ㅡㅡ Up until then I had assumed they would do the design in the operating room. In the end, we never even discussed the design.. I think they left too much under the ear and I am not satisfied. I don't know why, but while I was hospitalized my nose bled nonstop and wouldn't stop, so they stuffed gauze all the way up to the tip of my nose and I had to breathe through my mouth... After discharge I couldn't sleep lying down for several days because I couldn't breathe, and anyway since I had to go back to work soon after surgery, I asked for some swelling injections, and the doctor said okay. The staff kept acting busy, kept changing the subject and saying other things, and even though I said it several times and the doctor told them to give it to me, in the end I still couldn't get the swelling injection. I have a lot to say, but anyway the staff were generally not kind. I only saw the manager when I made the reservation and paid, and she was off on the day of my surgery haha
