The doctor was not even shown, and the manager did the consultation, pushing an implant that did not match anything I asked for, saying that this was the kind of thing I wanted. They trapped me, a first-time cosmetic surgery patient, with false information. This was not a small procedure but one with serious risk, yet they handled the consultation and decision that way. I resent and am angry at that manager so much. I wish I had recorded the consultation. I want them to pay for the revision surgery, but I never want to go back to this hospital, so I am looking for a revision surgery hospital now (I was already post-op, but the doctor did explain things normally)
