A few years ago I had eye, nose, and fat grafting done. The fat all disappeared over time Nothing is left. The eyes turned out pretty well. However, the swelling did not go down even after several months, so I went back to the clinic, but the aftercare was just so-so. At the beginning, the buried stitches poked out once or twice and I was shocked, but thankfully they went back in I wish I had looked around more and not done it here as an impulsive early-20s decision It does not seem like they are especially skilled. Since it is a large hospital, the doctor who operated on me has probably gone somewhere else by now. My nose has gotten much more deviated in the septum. It is not hard to breathe, but I can clearly feel it. That was not the case before, but something is now bulging a lot inside the nose. It is surprising there is no functional abnormality. I have a bulbous nose, and it is better than not doing anything, but overall it is just so-so. I am looking into revision surgery. I had alar reduction, but it feels like it has widened again. Still, it is better than not having done anything. The good thing is that I did not get inflammation or contracture.
