First of all, the desk staff and other team members welcomed me kindly. After the CT scan, I went in for a consultation for facial contouring, 3 types. The surgeon was very calm and kind, and at the same time honestly diagnosed the areas I wanted to improve without sugarcoating anything. They explained clearly which parts did not really need to be done, what possible side effects could occur after surgery, how the surgery would be done, the method, and the limitations. I liked that the consultation was not rushed by time and instead felt relaxed. The director? The director-level person who did the consultation also seemed very energetic, with a strong sense of pride in the hospital and confidence in its safety record, which made me trust them.
