I had about 2 rounds of fat-dissolving injections for my whole face, thighs, and abdomen. There was an effect, but it wasn't dramatically big, and they said I had to manage it with dieting to lose more Also, after the injections I had abnormal menstrual bleeding? I even had my period 4 times in one month.. I haven't had it done since then
