When I gained weight, fat started showing up first on my sides and back, and the fit of my clothes changed in a way that looked really bad. So I went for a consultation first after a friend's recommendation. It felt like a place where, unlike liposuction, the burden from anesthesia, recovery time, and bleeding would be smaller, and the effect would show quickly. Also, they explained very clearly how the fat was broken down, so I could understand right away.
