I went for a consultation after watching YouTube, and the director explained everything very thoroughly, so I had a double-fold buried suture double-eyelid surgery plus ptosis correction haha Before surgery I was nervous and trembling, and he kept reassuring me that he would make it pretty and not to worry too much. It's been about a month now, and it settled nicely into the in-out line I like! People around me also say they wouldn't know unless I told them, and that it turned out really well haha
