A few days ago I went to the hospital for a consultation about revision nose surgery. First I spoke with the consultation manager, and when I asked about revision nose surgery, there was no professionalism at all. They said the doctor had to look at a CT scan, and there was no discussion whatsoever about cost or nose surgery, which made it feel like everything was being left entirely to the doctor. Then why is the manager even sitting there? Dr. [Doctor A] understood my nose accurately and gave me a proper consultation. The explanation was detailed and very good, so I was really grateful. Because the doctor was so kind, I just let go of many of the frustrations I felt with the manager and came back. There aren’t many reviews, so I’m going to look around a bit more before deciding.
