I had a procedure done in January last year, and the manager was really lol. She recommended my friend all sorts of unnecessary things, leaving my friend completely worn out, and when I said I only wanted a contour injection once, she kept saying that was not possible. When I said I wouldn't do it, she said procedures are supposed to be discussed on the day, lol, and stared unpleasantly as if saying not doing it was an issue. In the end I got chin filler. The filler was really good and lasted a long time, but because of the manager I will never go again.
