I paid for a 3-session package of matchmaking injections and have had 2 sessions so far, but I am not sure about the effect, and for several days I have been bleeding unexpectedly. My skin was good, but I got several tiny acne bumps. They said their clinic only contains a small amount of steroid, so it would be fine, but if I am bleeding and my acne has exploded, that means too much was injected, right? When I called the hospital, they did not say even one word asking whether I was okay, and the first thing they said was, 'Wouldn't it have been fine if you had taken it without the steroid?' During the consultation before the injection, they did not separately mention side effects, and they recommended using the steroid because they said it would be less effective without it, so this feels wrong. When I asked for a refund for the one remaining session, they said absolutely not. After thinking about it for several days, I got angry and called 5 or 6 more times, and they kept saying they were busy, clearly avoiding my calls. The 'busy' message was not the kind you hear when someone is really on the phone; you usually hear a beep if the call is not hung up so the charges keep running. But this was not that kind of message. It was a message made specifically to avoid my call. So I immediately called from a payphone, and they picked up? That also made me angry. And I was not asking for a refund because I simply did not want the injection anymore. I was asking for a refund because of side effects like a week of bleeding. When I got angry and said honestly that they would have nothing to say even if I demanded compensation for damages, they finally said they would refund me after checking with the higher-ups, so I waited. But they did not contact me, so I called once more and finally got my refund after all. I will never go here again. The effect is minimal, and I am suffering from side effects.
