Nose Surgery Reviews

Is 4.4 million won too expensive for a first surgery with no implant?

I did quite a lot of online research in my own way, filtered out all the clinics that didn’t meet my standards, narrowed it down to exactly 3 places, and now I’m about to start going for consultations, but I’ve only been able to visit one place for a consultation so far.

No implant (septal cartilage + ear cartilage) Medial and lateral osteotomy on the thick parts of the nasal bones Correction because the nasal tip is spread out (when I went for consultations 7-8 years ago they said it wasn’t a bulbous nose, but here both the consultant manager and the doctor say it’s a bulbous nose) Slight trimming of the hump Planning to slightly correct the columella too

My goal isn’t frontal improvement, but improvement of my side profile (especially the drooping nasal tip = Squidward nose), so I never even thought about osteotomy or anything like that to match the frontal appearance. But the doctor said that if I don’t do osteotomy, the frontal appearance won’t change, and that osteotomy is needed to create a more feminine feel. (Right now, if you look at the thick parts of the nasal bones on both sides below the bridge between my eyes, they look blunt, and from about a 45-degree angle that area protrudes, and the hump is there as a hump. The hump isn’t severe; it’s just a very slight hump.) And they said if I’m going to have surgery anyway, I have to tell the doctor all my desired goals at once and coordinate with the doctor to get it as close as possible to what I want and to my liking, so I won’t need revision surgery.

They said my nose needs osteotomy, and since the clinic that had been my top choice during all my online research suggested something I hadn’t expected, I’m conflicted, but after the director’s consultation was all over and I thought about it again, aside from being a little flustered, I liked everything and it was good. The director also told me to definitely get several consultations elsewhere before deciding..

But at the end, when I talked with the consultant manager, they said the best event price they could match was 4.4 million won, and the price is so expensive that I’m worried.... For reference, they said I absolutely don’t qualify for anything like functional nose surgery;;...
