As soon as I went in, they took a face photo and I had consultations with the director first, then the manager. The manager was not the kind of friendly that feels overbearing, but rather more casually friendly, which made me comfortable and I liked it! The director was definitely more of a familiar style than a strictly friendly one haha I had not fully decided how I wanted the design, but it was fun because they showed me various surgical cases and gave recommendations~
