A friend of mine had it done here and it turned out well, so about 5 people I knew indirectly also had it done here, and I went for a consultation too. I thought I had fatty tissue in my eyelids and sagging skin, so I assumed I would need an incision, but they recommended buried sutures instead, which was surprising. The director was generally kind during the consultation.
