I liked that they took photos and proceeded from there. The director was full of confidence and explained a lot of knowledge. They said they would remove the fat above the eyes. Do I really need to do that?
There was not enough organic connection between the first consultation, the person who took the photos, the director, and the manager.
The director and the manager felt separate. The manager was not great. They had a style of forcing things through with energy. They did not really listen to what others said. It felt like they were just trying to make you go blank and pay.
They also talked about illegal discounts (cash VAT), and said they do not pressure people to write reviews, but as a service they would personally do contour injections and similar things. It seems like the doctor should be the one doing it, and since they give services, the reviews would naturally end up being written positively.
Overall, the director, manager, and other staff felt like they were all working separately, and even the explanation of triple canthoplasty seemed almost like a multi-level marketing pitch. They kept saying, “Other clinics don’t do this~” They did not speak in facts and only used emotional language. I had already been to 7 consultations.
