I went because I was worried about epicanthoplasty revision, and they manually covered parts with their hands to see which of the surgical methods would suit me best and helped shape the look. They also showed me before-and-after photos. They answer questions well, but it seems like they do not explain things in detail unless you ask first, so I think it would be good to go after thinking through the questions you want to ask in advance.
