I went for a consultation about cheekbone fat removal and double chin/cheek fat. My face is a complete mess from having had fat grafting after fat removal and cheekbone surgery because of complications During the consultation they did not recommend the cheekbones. They said the dissection had already been done, and because of the prior fat removal and grafting the tissue was badly damaged, so it would be tough and there wasn’t much fat anyway.. I was grateful that they told me honestly. It seemed like they do not recommend areas that are not necessary.
