They explained it in a way that made it easy for me to understand what kind of surgery I would be getting. And I also liked that they paid a lot of careful attention to aftercare and explained that part in quite a bit of detail. They seemed to prefer a slightly natural look, which I liked, but I think it would be good to keep in mind that the doctor doesn't make overly aggressive recommendations.
