I weighed 42 kg, but I had a lot of fat on my face, so I looked chubby.. I went in to get Botox, but they told me it was fat and said I should lose weight^^:; It was so stressful that I decided I needed to get chin liposuction I consulted at another place too, and they said they would make 5 holes in the chin, but the director said they would only make 3, so that is why I chose them. They also put a little of the fat they took from the chin into the chin tip. It has been 2 years now, and it is still the same!!
