I had liposuction because I had way too much cheek fat, and the director kindly explained everything and described the surgery method in detail. On the day of surgery I swelled up tremendously, but the next day it was amazing how dramatically the swelling went down, which was surprising. My jawline came alive, so I was very happy at first, but around the mouth there is a slight sagging feeling, and the right side very slightly looks like a cheek dent.
