The chief surgeon seemed to be pretty straightforward. I had a consultation for cheekbone liposuction, and they basically said it could help improve the impression, so I was grateful. The price was a bit steep and they said the effect wouldn't be that great, so I decided not to do it. The facility itself wasn't bad.
